We have for some years traded with a concern in

Shanghai known as Andrews, Von Fischerz and George

Limited. This concern is a British Company incorpor-

ated under Hongkong laws and we understand that it holde

a registration certificate of the British Consul at

Shanghai that it is so constituted and recognised as

a British concern.

Andrews and George are American and British re-

spectively.

George is Chairman of the Company and

Von Fischerz, who is a German, 18, or has been up to

recently, the Managing Director in Shanghai, We be-

lieve that Andrews, who was a Director, has resigned

from the Board and that a Mr. Dougall, an Englishman

is now a Director in Shanghai.
